Our story

Fifteen years of getting hummus right.

We’re a small group of Beirut entrepreneurs who share one obsession: food that tastes like home and is genuinely good for you.

Our founders spent more than 15 years perfecting Beiruti-style recipes. Then they took them to Paris, where French culinary techniques taught us how to keep every ounce of flavour without a single additive.

The result is Lebanese food the way it should be: authentic, all natural, and built for the way people eat today.
